In line with her passion for youth empowerment, she was appointed Member of the Board of Trustees, EMYBON Youth Foundation.

Oluchi Madu is a well sought after Talent Maximization Coach who helps people discover, develop, monetize and maximize their talents and potential so as to create their paths in life for successful and purposeful living.

She is an efficient and highly organized professional with extensive experience in Human Resources Management, an MSc from the University of Hull England and currently exploring the world of leadership at The London College of Professional Studies United Kingdom.

She is a seasoned Public Speaker and a Writer who has authored 5 books - Divine Asset, The Seed of Greatness, Every Challenge is a Message, Talent: The Money Magnet and The Lighted Candle.

In her journey in the corporate world, she left remarkable milestones at Awesome Treasures Foundation and African Center For Supply Chain where she exhibited her leadership and managerial skills.

Drawing from her wealth of knowledge as a Talent Maximization Coach, she founded an Academy called Talent Maximization Academy, a platform where people are trained on how to discover, develop, monetize and maximize their talents and potential so as to create their unique paths for successful and purposeful living.
